Wandle Housing Association Limited. is looking for a Stage 2 and Housing Ombudsman Lead to oversee all Stage 2 complaints and liaise with the Housing Ombudsman Service. The role involves managing case files, advising on complex cases, and leading responses to Ombudsman inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complaints for a Housing Association and a deep understanding of the Housing Ombudsman Code. You should be organized and able to work independently while supporting high levels of customer service.
