Banco Santander SA is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for their Clapham Junction Branch. This 12‑month fixed-term role involves 17.5 hours weekly, covering Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. As an advisor, you’ll engage with customers both in the branch and over the phone, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include assisting with transactions, answering customer queries, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and a strong desire to meet customer needs.
