About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding and training of new customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare customer reports, meeting notes, and account updates.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
  • Support customer retention and renewal activities.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
  • Internship or customer‑facing experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Basic understanding of customer success or account management principles.
  • Experience with customer service tools or ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products is advantageous.
