About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities- Support the onboarding and training of new customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
- Build positive relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Prepare customer reports, meeting notes, and account updates.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Support customer retention and renewal activities.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Internship or customer‑facing experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
- Basic understanding of customer success or account management principles.
- Experience with customer service tools or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of SaaS products is advantageous.
