The Role

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring projects are expertly managed from initial concept through to successful completion.

Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, you’ll build lasting relationships by providing outstanding support, offering solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects, raise production jobs, monitor progress and costs, and ensure deadlines are met while resolving any queries quickly and effectively.

This is a varied role where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are key. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working in a dynamic environment where communication, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset are highly valued.
