Overview
We are looking for a Front of House Host to support the onsite Management team by providing a passionate and energetic gold standard service, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for all visitors and tenants.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday.

- Represent the client with care, showing professionalism and knowledge.
- Team up with building management to ensure contractors are doing their best work and lend a helping hand with extra tasks.
- Address issues with care: report concerns and follow through to resolve them smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay proactive in problem‑solving: approach challenges with a positive attitude, always looking for creative solutions.
- Plan exciting events and activations such as pop‑up markets, food stalls, and charity drives.
- Share the buzz on social media: keep everyone updated by posting the latest site events, news, and activities on your building social media channel.
- Meet our goals together: achieve our KPIs and SLAs while sharing feedback and ideas for improvements.
- Ensure a gold standard experience: collaborate with security and the wider site team to make sure every tenant enjoys exceptional service.
- Customer service experience in front‑of‑house or related roles.
- Exceptional customer care with a proactive approach.
- Positive and energetic attitude; well‑presented.
- Great communicator who expresses yourself clearly.
- Can‑do attitude with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative spirit and enjoys working in a team.
- Solution‑oriented focus on finding creative solutions.
