Scottish Power is seeking a Team Member (Complaints) in Glasgow to manage customer complaints and enquiries on quality of supply and network performance. The role also handles insurance inquiries, coordinates daily customer contacts, and processes related payments, all within established processes.
The successful candidate will bring strong customer service experience, excellent telephony skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
