• 25 hrs pw (job share)
• Predominately Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm / 12.00 – 5pm (occasional major events need coverage)
• £19,500 pa + excellent benefits

At Sodexo Live!, we deliver events that create unforgettable experiences. We are looking for an exceptional Front of House Host to join our team at Barclays Hampden, Scotland’s National Stadium.

You will be based at the main reception and play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome. As the first impression of the stadium, professionalism, organisation and customer service are essential.

• Welcoming and assisting all stadium visitors and guests
• Managing the main reception and visitor check‑in/check‑out
• Handling the stadium switchboard and incoming calls professionally
• Supporting guest requests and providing local and stadium information
• Managing deliveries, post and internal communications
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
• Supporting hospitality guest arrivals on major event days
• Providing administrative support to the wider operations team

• Previous receptionist, front‑of‑house or administrative experience
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Office
• A smart and professional appearance
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
