Glasgow West Housing Association Ltd invites applications for two Frontline Services Administrators. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service across housing management, repairs, allocations and compliance.
You will work in a busy team, handling enquiries by phone, email and in person, and supporting the delivery of the new response repairs service. The ideal candidate will have at least SCQF Level 5, customer service experience, and strong time management and IT skills.
