Join our Guest Services TeamWe are currently inviting applications for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and driven individual to join our Member and Guest Services Team. The Member and Guest Services Team play a very important part of our overall team as the first and last point of contact for Members and Guests when on the Archerfield Estate.
As a member of the team, you will be required to provide a warm welcome to all Members and Guests when arriving at Archerfield, ensuring they enjoy their experience on the Estate.
Due to the nature of the job, it is open to over 25 years‑only with a full driver’s license. The team operation covers all seven days with shifts between 7am and 10pm, the role is for 40 hours per week.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver to ensure Members and Guests receive a warm welcome to the Club.
- Send pre‑arrival emails to guests on a daily basis.
- Be the main point of contact for all guests who are staying in the accommodation.
- Work closely with the Estate Sales and operational teams to meet and exceed guest requirements.
- Keep up to date with Estate and local area knowledge to ensure you can advise Members and Guests and maximise sales opportunities.
- Assist in providing any onsite transport for guests staying in accommodation.
- Anticipate any guest requirements where possible to help ensure an enjoyable stay.
- Previous experience within a customer‑facing role – preferably within hospitality or the luxury sector.
- Good telephone manner and IT skills.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to collaborate with purpose with colleagues.
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to work in a high‑paced environment and prioritise tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Full driver’s license and over 25 years‑old.
