MTVH is looking for an Income Officer (Customer Accounts Advisor) based in Beeston, Nottingham. The role is a full-time permanent position in the Income Collections Team, focusing on Home Ownership accounts in arrears and customer-focused debt resolution.
You will handle outbound calls, email and letters, aiming to reduce arrears and provide appropriate payment arrangements while signposting external funding and welfare benefits where applicable.
