McQueens Dairies is seeking a Customer Service Team Manager to lead an end-to-end Customer Service Advisor Team in Glasgow. This role focuses on coaching, QA, and driving performance across Direct Debit, Sales, and Retention outcomes.
You will collaborate with Retention, Marketing and Depot teams to enhance customer experience, prepare monthly analytics for KPIs, and champion a culture of world-class service with ownership of customer queries. Office-based with parking on site.
