Anchor Group Services is seeking a Head of Customer Success to shape our customer strategy and lead senior partnerships across the UK. The role is predominantly field-based with regular travel to client sites and attendance at our Chester head office, reporting to the Group Operations Director.
You will build lasting relationships, drive retention and growth, and lead cross-functional improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding Anchor's values.
