NFU Mutual in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Adviser. You will quote Motor and Home insurance, explain options, and support customers choosing the right cover. Training is provided, with a focus on listening, asking the right questions, and building trust.
You’ll handle 20–25 calls daily, work toward measurable targets, and help customers access digital services and paperless options. Training lasts six weeks, then coaching continues.
