Nationwide in Scotland's Rutherglen branch is hiring a Customer Consultant to help customers in person or on the phone. You'll support everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers toward banking services and digital tools that make managing their money easier.
No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted to adapt your approach to meet customer needs. This is a permanent part-time role, 21 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Fridays.
