Customer Service Advisor – Nationwide Commercial Vehicle Conversions – Glasgow – Salary: £27,976 + Bonuses + 25 days holiday + bank + Life Assurance + 24/7 health support + Endless Ongoing Training

Based within their customer services department in Glasgow, as Customer Services Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to book annual vehicle services and fleet services for new bookings; prioritise customer interactions via the web, email and telephone to enhance the customer experience; ensure service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles by liaising with Mobile Service Technicians regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required as well as ensuring all work is invoiced correctly and payment received.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience of working within a call centre, contact centre, customer care or retail environment, demonstrate strong customer communication and interaction skills; able to work well under pressure and possess a strong attention to detail.

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 8.30am – 5pm on Fridays
