HeliosX is expanding its UK team and seeks a German-speaking Customer Care Advisor to support patients via calls, emails, live chats and social channels. You will work with Responsible Pharmacists/Clinicians to ensure exceptional clinical care and customer service is delivered with accuracy and empathy.
Fluency in German and strong English, plus 2+ years in online customer support and experience with Zendesk, are essential. Pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
