Angel Hill Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis of 28.75 hours a week. The shift pattern is Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 07:45 - 14:00;
Thursdays and Fridays 14:00 - 19:00.
The role involves greeting patients, making appointments, and handling queries and complaints across face-to-face, online and telephone channels. Candidates should be calm, professional, and IT-literate, with customer service experience; occasional extra hours
