Easyspace, part of the Iomart Group, is looking for a proactive Domain Support assistant to join the Domain Team. You will help customers manage domain registrations, renewals, transfers and billing, with full training provided from day one.
You'll work with technical and sales colleagues across the UK, handling queries by email, live chat and helpdesk, taking ownership of cases and building specialist knowledge in domains and internet services.
