We are seeking a Part-Time Colleague Support Host who will take ownership of delivering an outstanding visitor and employee experience at the banks Glasgow offices. If you thrive in a role where every day brings variety connection and purpose this could be the perfect fit.

As a Colleague Support Host youll play a key role in ensuring the bank remains a benchmark for service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm professional welcome to employees visitors VIPs and event delegates
• Building genuine relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
• Handling enquiries confidently in person over the phone and via email
• Maintaining a polished organised and efficient front-of-house environment
• Supporting day to day operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
• Upholding the highest standards of customer care and personal service
• This is a role where your positivity initiative and people skills will shine.

Hours:

22.5 hours per week shifts from 8am-4pm Mon-Fri
Salary: 15736.50 per annum

Qualifications :

Youll be a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life. To succeed youll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive self-motivated approach with the ability to use your initiative
• A warm positive attitude and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
