Our client is expanding its Glasgow team and is seeking motivated individuals to work as Client Engagement Representatives. The role centres on customer interaction, relationship building and helping people learn more about the services and solutions available to them.

The Role at a Glance

Your responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with prospective customers in a friendly and professional way

* Introducing client services and explaining their key features

* Asking questions to understand customer interests and requirements

* Building trust through clear communication and positive interactions

* Helping deliver customer acquisition and engagement objectives

* Tracking progress against agreed performance goals

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to support campaign success
