This role sits at the heart of the clinic.

You will be the person who ensures that everything works - and works exceptionally well.

From people to performance, from patient experience to profitability.

• Leadership: You'll inspire, coach, and develop a team of dentists, nurses, and front‑of‑house staff - building a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Operations: You'll ensure the clinic runs smoothly: scheduling, systems, compliance, stock, and patient flow - all under control.
• Performance: You'll track KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement actions that drive growth and efficiency.

• 3+ years leading teams in healthcare, dental, or service‑driven environments
• Proven ability to improve performance and deliver results
• Strong understanding of operations and customer experience
• Confidence working with KPIs, targets, and financial metrics
• Experience with practice management systems (Dentally is a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
