We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established private dental practice in Baillieston, Glasgow for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.

Position Details

• Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Essential Requirements

• Previous Treatment Co-ordinatorexperience is essential.
• Experience using Dentally is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice environment.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Duties include managing appointments, welcoming patients, handling enquiries, processing payments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.
