Architectural Technician

• Play a key role within a growing technical team, working on residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes.
• Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings.
• Manage your own projects and liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients.
• Develop technical solutions that meet building regulations and project specifications.
• Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Experience with in an Architectural Technician, Architectural Design or similar technical role.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Good understanding of current building regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with façades, glazing or residential construction is advantageous.
• Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.

• Competitive Salary depending on experience - happy to negotiate
• Monday-Friday working week (8am-5pm or 9am-5pm).
