Senior Architectural Technician
Location:
Glasgow
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a job running Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team in Glasgow.

- Produce integrated design and construction information using Revit
- Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Healthcare sector experience
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
