Architectural Technician
Glasgow – Up to £40,000 DOE
Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow, who are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technician to play a key role in the delivery of a wide variety of projects, supporting schemes from technical design through to completion within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors
- Produce, manage and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages
- Support the day-to-day running of projects, assisting in managing programmes and deliverables
- Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
- Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information
- Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and construction issues throughout delivery
- Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Significant experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
