We’re looking for an enthusiastic Studio Executive to work closely with our Studio Director and team in Glasgow to provide a mix of facilities management, front of house duties and general administrative support. This is a varied role where you will have a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a big impact on our Glasgow Studio. We’re looking for someone who will assist with the smooth day-to-day running of our Studio;

from, ordering supplies, planning staff engagement events, to dealing professionally with our clients. You’ll help our employees feel supported and act as the go to person for all things Studio related.

This is a rewarding role, perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, loves variety, can juggle tasks and solve problems. You’ll have scope to make a real impact on how we do things and be part of a larger team spanning across our 8 studios.

Skills and experience
  • Able to work independently, using initiative to plan and manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Have strong administrative support skills, working with care and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Professional, approachable and customer-focused, with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Enjoy listening to others, analysing information and situations and problem solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative, office management, facilities, or similar support role is desirable.
