We are inviting experienced Consultant Anaesthetists to hold practising privileges at Elanic Hospital, joining our elective theatre programme as part of a stable, consultant-led team.

The Role This is not an employed position.

You retain your independent practice while gaining access to a well-organised, predictable list structure.

• Access to elective theatre lists and day-case sessions, scheduled around your availability
• Optional on-call / availability sessions — rota-based and opt-in, for consultants who want additional cover work
• Work alongside a stable, consultant-led anaesthetic team
• Non-resident on-call model, designed to support patient safety while preserving work-life balance

Remuneration Consultants holding working rights bill independently for their services — there is no salary or employment relationship with the hospital.
