Base pay range

Salary: £40,974.13 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,668. There is the ability to progress to £47,180.45 over the next 3 years. This is a Regular Driver Role so also attracts a car allowance of £5,000 (gross) per annum, subject to internal checks.

Duration: A fixed‑term contract to 08 May 2026

Responsibilities

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering winning digital campaigns and upskill others to do the same.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of the social media and digital landscape
  • Experience of working on multi-platform digital campaigns in a political capacity
  • Experience of working with political stakeholders

Please note that this is a Regular Driver Role and there is a requirement to be able to drive and own a compliant car in this role. Any successful applicant will be required to drive and have a compliant car within 12 months of their start date. A driving licence is required for this role due to operational requirements including travel between multiple locations and transportation of campaign materials.
