Gas trainer

Innovo Training Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Gas Trainer & Assessor to join our team in Glasgow.

We’re a small, family‑run training centre delivering high‑quality gas, renewables, and electrical training. At Innovo, we pride ourselves on being supportive, professional, and genuinely learner‑focused. Everyone plays their part, and we value practical experience just as much as strong communication skills.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging gas training and assessments, supporting learners through their qualifications, and helping maintain the high standards we’re known for. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and being part of a close‑knit training team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience training and assessing.
• Is confident delivering training and assessments.
• Enjoys supporting and developing learners.
• Takes pride in high standards and professionalism.
• Works well as part of a team.
