About the Role

We are recruiting a Communications Analyst on a Fixed‑Term Contract until 31st March 2026 to plan, design and distribute communications to education providers and partners. As Communications Analyst you will decide the best communication method through websites, email and surveys, then analyse the results and choose ways to continuously improve the service.

Responsibilities

Design and produce communications across multiple channels, assess performance metrics, iterate and implement improvements, manage public‑facing website, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver clear, accessible messaging.

What You Bring

High level of written communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities for various channels and audiences.

High attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.

Excellent spelling and grammar.

The ability to adhere to style guides, tone of voice guidelines and accessibility guidelines.

Excellent time and task management skills.

High levels of IT literacy, working knowledge of MS Office and email communication tools.

Qualification in communications, PR, marketing or similar, or equivalent experience.

Experience managing and designing public‑facing websites using a CMS.

Experience in copywriting and editing.

Interview Process

Interviews will be held in person at Clyde Place Glasgow. Dates TBC and will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
