About Every Stage

Every Stage Ltd is a Scottish-based training and events management company. We design and deliver unforgettable events and transformative learning experiences, including innovative, short, high-impact training programmes that support individuals at different stages of their employability journey. Our work is practical, inclusive, and rooted in real-world outcomes, and we collaborate closely with partners, trainers, and participants across Scotland.

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic Training Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of a range of short training programmes (typically two weeks in length). Based in a hybrid role and working mainly across Scotland’s Central Belt, you’ll be a key point of contact ensuring programmes run smoothly from planning through to completion. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role—perfect for someone who loves juggling details, supporting others, and making things happen behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple short training programmes across Scotland
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with course participants
  • Book venues and manage logistics
  • Distribute course information to trainers, participants, and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and practical support during programme delivery

Support trainers with their day‑to‑day programme requirements
  • Document programmes and maintain accurate records
  • Identify paid and voluntary opportunities throughout the events sector
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills, work ethic and attention to detail
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity best practices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and social media platforms
  • High levels of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to use own initiative
Nice to Have (but not essential)
  • Interest or experience in employability programmes
  • Connections to, or experience within, the events sector
What We Offer
  • £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience
  • Contract‑based, typically 24 hrs per week
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • A supportive, values‑driven team
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful, people‑centred training programmes

If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you. Send a short cover letter and CV outlining your relevant experience.
