A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Edgware is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their supportive team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing environment that prioritises personalised learning, strong pastoral care, and meaningful pupil progress.

You will be teaching within a specialist SEN provision supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and moderate learning difficulties
. The school places a strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and relationship-based practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
• Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and the SENCO
• Monitoring progress and adapting learning strategies to meet pupil needs
• Supporting pupils emotional regulation and social development
• Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers

• A well-led, community-focused primary school with a strong SEN ethos
• Supportive SLT and experienced SEN leadership
• Small class sizes with excellent TA support
• Access to specialist resources and ongoing professional development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN within a primary setting
• Confident in differentiation and personalised learning approaches

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education

• Competitive daily rate of £175 £ 295 per day
