Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with a variety of learning difficulties.

Work closely with a team of professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Monitor and assess students' progress, ensuring that each child’s needs are met and celebrated.

Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere to promote the development of both academic and social skills.

The Ideal Candidate for this SEND Teacher Role:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience in teaching students with special educational needs, or a strong passion for SEND education.

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
