We’re looking for an experienced and confident Lead Trainer to deliver engaging short training programmes (typically 8 days in duration) in a variety of subjects.

We design and deliver unforgettable events and transformative learning experiences, including innovative, short, high-impact training programmes that support individuals at different stages of their employability journey. Our work is practical, inclusive, and rooted in real-world outcomes, and we collaborate closely with partners, trainers, and participants across Scotland.
The Role:Every Stage Ltd has created a number of training programmes that link with the Events Sector. You’ll play a key role in adapting existing programme content, leading delivery, and creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment for participants.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the planning side of training design and the hands‑on energy of delivering sessions, while working collaboratively with coordinators and partners to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging training programmes
- Adapt content to meet participant needs and different learning styles
- Lead training sessions in person
- Ensure programmes are inclusive, accessible, and participant‑centred
- Work closely with the Training Programme Coordinator to manage delivery logistics
- Integrate project‑based elements into each programme
- Monitor participant engagement and progress
- Gather feedback and contribute to continuous programme improvement
- Represent Every Stage professionally with partners and stakeholders
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programmes
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A participant‑focused, encouraging, and inclusive training style
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience delivering employability‑focused training
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience working across multiple locations or short programme cycles
- £150 per day (6 hours) for minimum 7 days per contract
