• Deliver well structured, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Demonstrate secure and up‑to‑date subject knowledge
• Differentiated effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students
• Use assessment data to inform planning and raise attainment
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to curriculum development within your department
• Support enrichment activities and whole‑school initiatives
