The RoleAs a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that stretch and challenge all learners, ensuring strong progress and outcomes.
- Deliver well structured, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Demonstrate secure and up‑to‑date subject knowledge
- Differentiated effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students
- Use assessment data to inform planning and raise attainment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development within your department
- Support enrichment activities and whole‑school initiatives
