Are you a compassionate, skilled Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?

We’re working with a range of inclusive mainstream schools across the Chester area seeking a dedicated Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant who can make a genuine difference to children who need a little extra care, structure and understanding.

You’ll work alongside experienced SENCOs and teachers to:

• Deliver tailored interventions and individualised support plans
• Encourage independence and confidence in learning and social situations
• Build trusting relationships with pupils, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally
• Contribute to creating calm, positive and inclusive learning environments

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting children with additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or SEMH)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy and resilience in equal measure
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to each child’s unique needs
