Nursery Education

£14,404 – £15,873 per year, based on experience and dedication.

• Inspire learning through an N Curriculum‑based play environment.
• Support smooth daily routines, including mealtimes and naptimes.
• Create and implement development‑focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas.

• Experience working with children in an early‑years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and improving children’s lives.
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.
