Academics Ltd on behalf of a welcoming primary school is seeking an experienced SENCo to lead the SEND provision and drive inclusion. You will shape SEND strategy, support staff, deliver targeted interventions, and build strong partnerships with parents and external professionals to ensure every pupil thrives.
You will join a supportive leadership team, drive high standards of SEN practice, and contribute to school improvement by coordinating interventions and ensuring compliance with SEND
