De La Salle School Essex is seeking a Specialist Teacher of Literacy to design, develop and deliver a targeted literacy intervention for pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. The role emphasizes building secure foundations in phonics, early reading, fluency, writing and spelling to accelerate progress and enable access to the secondary curriculum with confidence.
The post holder will bridge primary and secondary practice, contribute to whole-school inclusion, and shape a provision with meaningful impact
