Job role:
Foundation Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor in Civil Engineering (SCQF Level
6)
Reports to: Construction Team Leader
Role Responsibilities- To deliver our Foundation Apprenticeship in Civil Engineering (SCQF Level
6) to school age pupils - Collaborate and connect with young people, external partners and stakeholders to ensure relationships are at the heart of everyday practice
- Deliver experiential learning sessions to varied group of learners, both face to face and remote
- Monitor, review, inspire and support learners undertaking school programmes, vocational apprenticeship programmes and industry coaching
- Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research
- To ensure full compliance with GDPR and other compliance requirements
- A belief that relationships are truly at the heart of all businesses and organisations

- Qualified to HNC Level, or equivalent, in a Construction related discipline
- Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Assessor qualification (L&D9i), or equivalent, is desirable but not essential
- Salary Banding
: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum - Scottish Living Wage Accredited
