Tigers Group in Glasgow is seeking a Construction Trainer to deliver construction and employability training sessions to groups of learners, fostering confidence, communication and teamwork.
You will support learners on programmes, apprenticeships and training pathways, build strong relationships, monitor progress and provide coaching and feedback, while maintaining compliant records and collaborating with employers and stakeholders.
