eXede Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for an FE College in South East London for the 2026/27 academic year. This full-time role runs 24 August 2026 – 2 July 2027, 35 hours per week, and pays £15.50 per hour via PAYE.
You will support young people and adults with SEND, helping them access learning, build independence and achieve their EHCP outcomes. The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, comfort with complex needs and a compassionate, safeguarding-aware approach.
