Tough To Talk is seeking an experienced freelance associate to deliver the Tough Talker programme and Suicide First Aid content across client sites in the UK. The role requires strong facilitation, safe discussion of suicide, and the ability to work upstream with organisational support and escalation pathways.
Applicants should have substantial adult training or coaching experience and hold a relevant learning-and-development qualification. Travel throughout the UK is expected.
