Academics Ltd is seeking resilient Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH needs across our partner schools in Sheffield. You will help children regulate their emotions, stay focused, and re-engage with lessons, creating a calm, encouraging environment that promotes positive behaviours and learning momentum.
You will work closely with teachers and SEND teams, follow school policies, and adapt activities to individual needs.
