One Ocean is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences for a maritime audience. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Visual Designers, Courseware Developers and SMEs to design engaging learning journeys that optimise user engagement and outcomes.
You will refurbish the legacy library into interactive, maritime-focused eLearning, applying ADDIE and agile practices while ensuring content aligns with company goals and instructional design standards.
