SLS Recruitment Specialising in Further Education is seeking an experienced HR Apprenticeship coach to support learners through Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships.
The role requires a Level 3+ teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months’ experience in an HR Skills Coach or Assessor role or similar industry background. The focus is one-to-one coaching, tracking progression, and tailoring learning plans to individual needs.
