Our Student Experience team has an exciting opportunity within the Student Inclusion, Information and Welfare department. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Student Information and Welfare Manager to lead the delivery of our Information & Welfare and Reception services, ensuring students receive high-quality information, advice and guidance throughout their learner journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and develop a dedicated team, creating an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Deliver an outstanding, student-centred support service across the College.
Drive service improvement and change using data, technology and innovative approaches.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including funding bodies, local authorities and support agencies.
Support effective decision-making on complex student welfare, funding and support matters.
