NEAT Academy Trust seeks an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) to coach and raise quality across regional EYSPH settings. You will build leadership capacity, conduct reflective reviews, and deliver on-site coaching to three settings per term.
The fixed-term role runs to March 2028, with 14 days per term and training delivered by White Rose Education, plus a £500 per day grant to cover release time and travel.
