Catmose College, part of the Rutland and District Schools’ Federation, is seeking a motivated Emotional, Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join the Client Services team. The role focuses on social, emotional and mental health support for students in a secondary school setting, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and wellbeing.
Experience in ELSA or similar qualifications are advantageous, and the post offers term-time hours with holiday periods across Federation schools.
