Newark Academy seeks an experienced senior leader to step into Deputy Head Teacher for Behaviour and Culture. You will shape the strategic direction, drive whole-school improvement and support trust-wide priorities with a focus on safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing.
You will work with the Head Teacher and senior team to model values, develop tutor programmes, analyse behaviour data and lead high-visibility leadership across the school.
